  • Johns Hopkins serves as landlord of the space in which DLA Piper operates its principal Baltimore office. DLA Piper, acting as tenant, will cooperate with Hopkins, as its landlord, to implement Hopkins’ BLocal initiatives in the context of the space leased by DLA Piper and owned by Hopkins.

Direct Investment

  • Commit to providing up to $100,000 value per year in pro bono legal services to Baltimore City residents for issues relating to workforce development and the creation and development of MWBEs.  This could include, by example only:  1) assistance in obtaining expungements of criminal records; 2) incorporation and legal organization of MWBEs;  and 3)  general legal advice to new and fledgling MWBEs.
