- $300,000 per year at local businesses owned by women, minorities, and/or immigrants in targeted ZIP codes
- $500,000 in combined spending with UMMC at local businesses owned by women, minorities, and/or immigrants in targeted ZIP codes
- Mentoring 5 businesses to increase vending revenue from UMB or UMB contractors
- At least three of those businesses must be non-food
